2013 VGX Nominees Revealed!
The 2013 VGX (previously known as VGA) nominees have been revealed, and Tomb Raider nabbed a total of five nods!
Rebranded as “VGX,” the show is going from a more traditional Hollywood award style celebration to an all-day gaming experience. The VGX programming promises to feature more world premiere game trailers, interviews, and demos than ever before, which is something we can all be excited about.
A council of journalists from Entertainment Weekly, Game Informer, Joystiq, Kotaku, Polygon, IGN, and more select the VGX winners. With close to 50 game franchises from 20 publishers nominated, we’re feeling quite honored to be on several of the shortlists.
Tomb Raider is nominated in the following categories:
- Game of the Year:
- Best Action Adventure Game
- Best Xbox Game
- Best PlayStation Game
- Best Voice Actress
While the VGX Advisory Council selects winners, you as fans are able to tell them who should take the cake in each category. So spread the word and make some noise for Tomb Raider!
